At Cox Green Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Refunds

  • We offer refunds on eligible items within 1 day of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund promptly, typically within 1 business day.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns

  • If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect or damage, you may do so within 1 day of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package to expedite the processing of your return.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for return, we will issue a refund or store credit, as per your preference.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the defective or damaged item to initiate an exchange.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label for the defective or damaged item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out a replacement promptly at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized items, are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Clearance or sale items may be eligible for returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
